Creating a news channel – similar to Telegram

  • I want to allow users to create channels. Similar to Telegram. Users can create different channels. advertise Post news. Others can only view and not be able to post.
    Also, how can the username feature be activated? Choose a name for each channel and group and send the link address to other users. Other users can enter this channel or group by clicking on the link.

    If you include this feature in the new update, I will be very grateful.
    I want to use it to publish announcements, I don’t want other users to send messages in the group, only I can send messages.
