Creating a PDF from form submission

Sure; create away. Use the pagebreak tag where necessary to move to the next page in your PDF. Pop in your form merge tags (or use the $form_data array) on pages 1 and 3 where you need it. ??

So my next question, I have a multi part form.

It needs a calculation.

Part 1 has 3 sliders on it.
Slider 1 has a range of 0-20 can I assign a value to each step on the sliders i.e. 0 = ￡0, Step 1 = ￡15, Step 2 = ￡30 etc.
I then need a summary of the 3 sliders and a calculated total.

Part 2 for Customer Info
Display the summary info again.
On Send Request, creates a PDF and emails proposal it to potential customer and site owner.

Can I do that with Gravity Forms?

You’d be better off asking these specific questions to Gravity Forms directly. But I’ll give you a quick overview:

• Gravity Forms doesn’t have official support for a Slider field, but there are 3rd-party add-ons available.
• Calculations are supported in Gravity Forms out of the box.
• To show a live summary on the same page as the sliders, you’ll need to use Populate Anything’s Live Merge Tag feature to do so. You’d need a front end developer to help you customize the design and layout too.
• The generate-and-email PDF part is functionality built into Gravity PDF. You’d just need to have the custom template built first.
