Creating a product with variations from a simple product

Hi,
I created a simple product since a long time in WooCommerce.
This product now has 2 variations.
What are the correct steps to “transform” this product into a product with variations?
Most importantly I have to have those 2 variations into my WooCommerce product feed but without the “parent” product (since it’s not a “real” product) (I only need/have the 2 variations). Because the product feed is also used for the Facebook store.Thank you very much in advance for your help.

To convert a Simple Product to a Variable Product you can simply change the products Product Data field to be a variable product. Once you’ve changed the product data type you can then add your two variations to that product.
