Creating a site for Diaries

Im trying to create a website where users can create diaries to log their games. The website is gamerdiaries.com.

I know its rusty and graphics arent good. But I can polish them by watching some youtube videos. Before that I want to make sure that I can build the key components of the site.

What I want to do is let users create their diaries. In these diaries they can insert daily logs. Much like this. There is a comments section for each log.

It would be good is these diaries can be rated by stars. Also want to make sure they can be given tags to improve search results and maybe even search by their rating. But these arent compulsory.

I prefer to do this with as much as less coding and rather use plugins. Guys pls help. Me and a couple of my friends want to really use a site like this and i want others to get in too.
