Creating a WordPress. org steps

  • I need to build a WordPress. org site for a client.

    I have already one, but the steps I followed were different because it was firs on WP.com and then I transfer to .org.

    This time, I will build straightaway with www.ads-software.com.

    Shall I first:

    – Transfer the domain name to Siteground? then, what shall I do next?

    Help much appreciated please.
