Creating a WordPress subpage for a non-WordPress site

Thanks, but I am not sure if those options are what I am looking for. There currently is no WordPress set up at all. I am not trying to move anything. The site that is up right now is NOT WordPress (www.example.com), but I would like to create a page on the site that is (www.example.com/wordpresspage). I do not know how the current site is set up.
