• Hi,

I am currently rebuilding my website and transferring it into wordpress.

I would like to use blogs, split up into different categories,
“news”, “diary”, “media”, “tours” and so on.
In which case I could make a new item, place it into a category, and the new post would show up on the corresponding section of the website.

Using the plugin “map-categories-to-page”, I managed to create pages called correspondingly with the categories,
“news”, “diary”, “media”, “tours”, displaying the blog posts tagged under that category with the same name.

Now I face the following problems,
    – the posts are simply displayed by a title per page.
I would like to have the title and publishing date on the same row,
with the FULL post underneath it for the pages, diary, news and so on.

-I’d also like to create a yearly archive for these blog posts, preferrably at the bottom of the pages.
So that users can click 2011,2010… and see a page with the full pages once again.

I am using the Twenty Eleven theme as a base, and created a child theme with yet another plugin, one-click-child-theme/

    The site is located here
    https://www.fortherestless.com/login/
    https://www.fortherestless.com/login/news1

The child theme with adjusted files so far I put here:
    https://www.fortherestless.com/child.rar

any help would be GREATLY appreciated…
