Hi again and thank you for your reply, but the synchronization does not work at all. It’s great to propose a free plugin but sincerely I prefer to pay for something that works. It’s about woocommerce not a blog on wordpress and it seems, looking at the topic here that these version of the plugin is almost unusable, in any case not stable enough to be used on a shop online.

Just to be sure we have a thorough look at the situation, could you provide any logging that appears in the “Logs” tab when this behavior occurs? This can be found under Plugins > MailChimp for WooCommerce Settings > Logs.
