Creating Account Page

Hi guys,

I’ve got a site (it’s not running Buddypress) and I’d like to create a menu that points to a user’s account page (which is manually created).

The URL looks something like;

https://www.mysite.com/account/john-smith (with John Smith being whatever the clients name is). Their username is always their first & second name in this way.

I know roughly that a link would need to be;

mysite.com/account/user%name or something of that nature, but I don’t actually know how I’d put that into a menu so it works properly on my site???
