Creating amazon style "sell your used one here"

I believe that woocommerce uses custom post for the product. I wanted to be able to make a version that acts to “sell one here” with the ability to change price and list condition. I’d also like to be able to add a fee to the listed price so it is already included when the item is viewed on the marketplace. I’m currently using the market vendors plug in to allow registered user to sell. Any guidance on how to approach this would be greatly appreciated.
