Creating an achievement for 3 discrete visits

    Hi,
    i’m trying to create a badge which is awarded to logged in members who visit the site on three separate days.
    i tried
    a) “daily visit website” “3 times”
    and then
    b) 3 separate “daily visit website” “1 time” which have to be completed one after the other.

    both these methods awarded the achievement on the users first visit.
    can you explain where i am going wrong please.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. We have double-checked the Daily website visit trigger it works correctly as expected. If you set the Step to Daily website visit 3 times, it will award the user on 3rd visit on the website. As far as the second approach is concerned it will award the user on 1st visit because the step of daily visit 1 time has been completed already.

    In order to debug the issue on your website, you can create a new Badge and test it on a new user. To check the step completion you can enable the Log Entries in BadgeOS -> Settings and see the steps awarded in the BadgeOS -> Log Entries.

    Also, for your information, the Daily website visit badge will trigger a step on each visit be it on the same day.
