Creating an admin that can't change users

  • I’m having problem with a paid-for translation plugin called WPML.

    Everytime I have a problem with it they need to log in with an Admin access.
    I’m not comfortable with this.

    Is there a way of giving someone access but keeping myself as a super-admin?
    In theory they could change my admin password and wreak havoc if they wanted.
    They probably won’t but giving random people on a help desk full access to your site does seem like bad security protocol.
