Creating an Interactive forum

  • I’ve set up a test forum on my site with BB Press but when I log out I’m unable to add to it at all. This leads me to believe that visitors to my site will not be able to add to the forum which would be pointless.

    How can I include something which allows them to log on? I don’t want them as users on my site I just want my forum to be interactive.

  • The only way to allow users to post to your forum with out registering, is to set the setting to allow guests to post, and then use the bbpress recaptcha plugin to reduce spammers.
