Creating and assigning templates for pages

It has been a good while since I’ve used wordpress so I’m having issues getting where I need. I’m creating a site from a theme I downloaded however I need to adjust the look of other pages. If I remember right you have to assign a template but I’m coming up short for where to do that.

I have siteorigin installed as well to help me through the process, we used beaver builder the last time.

I need to have custom looks for each page except for the hero image. The body of each page is different and so what all will I need to do to accomplish my task? Thank you
