    Hello dev team !
First, your plugin seems really nice, simple and polished compared to the dozen of others I just tried.
I can’t find a feature but maybe it’s because I didn’t understand properly how to do it.
It’s quite simple: I want to create ranges of available appointments, for example: “Phonecall meeting”, and I want to select several days on the week (example monday between 14h00 and 18h00 and friday between 9h00 and 12h00), and other ranges for upcoming week. I don’t figure out how to do this (unless creating 2 different appointments ranges, one for monday and one for friday, but it’s not handy because you have to manage “old” ranges, etc).
In a sum up : How to manage a calendar, select and pick ranges of availability on differents days and hours ?
    Thanks in advance !
    Regards,

Hi @cervomix, thanks for trying out SSA. It sounds like you want to select availability day by day, depending on your schedule/availability for a given week.

We don’t have a way to do exactly what you’re describing, it would.reqiore going in to manage your schedule every day for the following week and would be a bit impractical.

But… if you use Google Calendar, then SSA Plus could help you manage your schedule. You could set your general availability (Mondays from 1400 to 1800, Fridays 0900 to 1400, etc) and then you can select multiple Google Calendars to exclude from your availability.

So if you exclude your personal calendar, and you have lunch with a friend on Friday at 1200, it will make sure nobody can book that time (and also considers your required buffer periods). You could also make a specific Google Calendar just for excluding your availability there.

There are more details about SSA Plus and Google Calendar syncing at https://simplyscheduleappointments.com

Hope that helps, and thanks for the nice comments about our plugin ??

    Best,
    Nathan

Hey Nathan, Thanks a lot for your answer! I will check with my client if she is using Google calendar and if she does it will be indeed the best solution !
    Keep it up!
    Best regards,
    Cerv
