Creating Child Theme Disables Customizer Settings

    I tried to create a child theme for a client to overwrite a template file for a plugin.

    When I created and activated the child theme, it disabled some of the customizer settings (for example “Display Tagline” under “Logos & Site Title”, or “Enable Call To Action” under “Pre Footer”).

    Did you already encounter such behaviour?
