Creating child theme – overriding wpstart_setup()

    I think there is a missing line (and proper endif;):
    if ( !function_exists( 'wpstart_setup' ) ) :

    before :
    function wpstart_setup()

    When i overriden the wpstart_setup in child theme I got:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpstart_setup() in THEPATH/blog/wp-content/themes/wpstart/functions.php on line 10
