Creating CSV to be used with Import users from CSV with meta

Looking for advice. We currently use a form where users submit to become wholesale customers. from the entry , we do a verification of the data and then manually create a csv file where we then use Import users from CSV with meta by codection to import users. I was thinking of seeing if I could somehow get the caldera form to create the CSV file so I could download the entry, then turn around and import using my plugin? my CSV columns are the following:
Username,Email,first_name,last_name,billing_company,billing_first_name,billing_last_name,Password,billing_address_1,billing_address_2,billing_city,billing_state,billing_postcode,billing_country,billing_phone,billing_email,shipping_first_name,shipping_last_name,shipping_company,shipping_address_1,shipping_address_2,shipping_city,shipping_state,shipping_postcode,shipping_country,shipping_phone
