Creating Custom Menus with Category Sub-menus

Hi Guys,hoping you can help. I have just installed 3.0.1 and am playing with Custom Menus. I am using Mystique theme. I already have the menu set up,but what I want is a Categories Menu,that has a drop-down with all of the sites categories. I have no Idea how to do this.

Please Help!
