Hello WordPress Developer Expert I need help!

I am trying to develop plugins I will create plugins menu with custom post type already or included each sub-menu page have another custom post type different purpose I will use ACF Pro WordPress plugins too to add a form fields to that custom post type but I am wondering my custom post type not showing up. I did create an admin menu and sub-menu admin but when I run custom post type it won’t work.

Want I need is create custom post type in plugin admin menu and su-menu admin then use AFC Pro WordPress plugins to add field and display all post to another sub-menu page

    ex.
    Admin Menu Post Type 1
    – (All Post) // Sub Menu Display post result
    – (Add new)
    Admin Menu Post Type 2
    – (All Post) // Sub Menu Display post result
    – (Add new)

Imagine when you create a custom post type in a Theme? want I want to do is the same thing but instead of theme, it should be in plugins.

Thanks for your help WordPress, Expert!
