Creating Glossary want to Search by post name only.

I’m creating a glossary of terms for some of my sites. I already searched the boards for glossary and no one seems to have it quite right.

What I would like to do is:
1. Search by post name only – as opposed to name and content of post and or
2. Have the results from the category “glossary” section appear first.

Since I am building the glossary first in some of the sits (chronologically), is there a way to show results in reverse chronology? (as a last resort)
