Creating individual posts from rss feed

  • Hi there

    Is it possible to create individual posts from a rss feed ?

    I have set up a feed that displays on my blog, but this is just one long page of feeds containing links with a little excert of text under each title.

    What i would like is the ability for the users to write comments for title rather than just be able to write a comments for a long lists of links.

    Hope this makes sense
