I have a calendar on a subscription site that I want the users to be able to change the timezone for the timezone they are in.

My developer has been playing around with this and suggests the following.

“There’s a setting in javascript containing timezone offset. It also has the code for rendering the calendar.

I was able to change the setting and compile the code for the calendar. I still have trouble rendering the code.

Since the delivered code is minimized, it’s really hard to read.

Long story short, it shouldn’t be too hard for the plugin authors to add a frontend menu for time-zone choice.”

I am wondering if this is possible?

The other option he suggests is to ask if timely can provide a JavaScript snippet to re-render the calendar. He thinks that he will be able to use that to add the functionality from the outside (as template or shortcode).

If there is any other way to do this, please let me know. The calendar has astrological events eg full moon, that happen at different times depending on where the user lives.
