Creating Invoice Issue

Yes I have done public_html/wp-content/plugins/invoice-king-pro/outputs

is set to 777

Sorry for the delay in reply. Are you able to send me a screenshot of what your seeing on the invoice page to the support email listed on the settings page? I’m still not 100% sure what your issue could be here.

It is clearly telling you to go to the settings page and fill out the options. Please make sure that ALL options have been entered.

Ok, it’s due to the row calculation field. Your creating an invoice so you need more than “Web Development” as a column.

Try defining 4 columns: Description, hours, rate and subtotal. Save that then choose “hours x rate = subtotal” from the drop downs. Then choose subtotal as the subtotal calculation column.

Save than then give it a go.
