Creating Link for Subscription CTA Button

  • I have placed a CTA subscription button in the top area of my blog. It requires a link. I am not sure where to get the link from. I use Jetpack and have allowed for subscribers to posts and comments, but I do not see a link to put into the CTA button link button box. My Theme is TheGem.
