Creating links to share images in WP dashboard

after you upload an image and go to edit it.Except I want it to have the functionality to share or generate the code automatically. I know how to create an href on an image and link it but all the other people that are authors don’t. This would save me lots of time!
Photobucket used to do it right but this is sort of what I’m talking about on their site.

Is there a plugin that does this? I searched and can’t find one.
