creating listings for users

    Hello! Because the classifieds section of my site is so new, I have been creating ads for people to make it easier for them and to encourage them to engage with the site.
    After creating an ad, there is a place in the wp admin where I can assign the ad to a user. I want to do that and assign ads to the users I am creating them for, but wanted to check about that.
    Will they get notifications via email that their ad has expired? Thats what I’m hoping for.

    Hi,
    if you have the Emails module enabled https://wpadverts.com/documentation/emails/ then when Advert will expire a message (core::on_publish_to_expired_notify_user
    ) will be sent, but please note the message will not be sent to the assigned user email address but rather to the email address entered in the “Email” field when posting an Ad.

    In other words, to send the message to the user, you would need to enter his email address in the Email field when posting/editing an Ad.
