Creating localhost install on Windows 7

Hi there,

I’m a webdeveloper newbie. At the moment my website https://www.sdprecision.co.za is using Drupal and I want to remake it using the template I just bought for WordPress 4.7.x : https://www.templatemonster.com/wordpress-themes/59022.html#tab-details

I can’t however take my Drupal website down and simply develop on BlueHost. I first need to create the new wordpress website and then replace the existing live Drupal website with it.

I’m really new to web development and WordPress. Could somebody please direct me to the easiest way to setup a local installation on my windows 7 machine so that I can complete step 1 of my plan?

MY PLAN

1. Setup localhost environment on my Windows 7 machine installing the latest stable version of WordPress (4.7.x?)
2. Install the template which I bought
3. Customise the template to my own content
4. Make a full website backup https://info.template-help.com/help/wordpress-how-to-make-full-website-backup.html
5. Install WordPress on BlueHost
6. Restore the backup made in step 4 to my live WordPress enviroment on BlueHost (as described in step 5) https://info.template-help.com/help/wordpress-how-to-restore-a-website-from-full-backup.html
