Creating Master Accounts & Sub Accounts with different layers

Head office wants to be able to log-in (for several people), see pricing for all three tiers of hotels (which is already set up), and be able to see all of the orders that each hotel places. Then they want multiple employees from each hotel to get their own login, but to be able to see each others orders only (only from the same property).

In your case I think the best configuration would be like the following:

• Head Office = Supervisor (Subaccounts Pro and Supervisor Add-On are required)
• Hotels = Managers
• Hotel employees = Subaccounts

Please notice that in Sub-User mode:

• Head Office (Supervisor) will be able o see all orders (its own orders, hotels orders and even hotel employees orders)
• Each hotel (Manager) will be able to see its own orders and hotel employees (subaccounts) orders too.
• Each hotel employee will be able to see its own orders

also – I already have all these customers set up, and everything is setup with a different sub accounts plugin, all under one account. can I easily transfer everything over to this plugin??

I think so, but since we are not fully aware of your needs, I recommend you start by installing the free version of the plugin and do some testing.

First you need to install the free version of the plugin. As a second step, you can go to: Admin Dashboard → WooCommerce → Subaccounts → Add-Ons. From there you will be able to easily and securely upgrade to the premium version of the plugin and also get the Supervisor Add-On.

Currently it is not possible to migrate data from other plugins, however (with Subaccounts Pro) setting up and managing subaccounts from the backend is pretty simple and straightforward.
