  • The free version of WPtouch does not allow for customizations beyond the options offered in its admin panel however, if you wanted to implement a language switcher tool of your choice, it could be incorporated into your mobile theme with WPtouch Pro.

    Keep in mind that most plugins’ functionality translates directly to WPtouch and WPtouch Pro so long as it’s not relegated to a widget in a sidebar. So, if you have a translation function generated by a plugin, you should see it on your mobile theme with WPtouch (so long as it’s not in a sidebar widget or other stripped element).

    WPtouch’s language files are located in /wptouch/lang/src/.
