Thank you for fixing my previous problem. I’m back using your plugin and very happily. However…I have a problem. During the purchase step, users can create an account. Sometimes they put Capital letters in their username. The purchase goes through, but the account is not created in Moodle because Moodle won’t allow capital letters.

Could the account be created using the nicename (capital free) instead? Right now I’ve just added a note to the site warning users, but I’m not sure how to find them before they suddenly can’t get into class.

I’d like to prevent the problem if I could.

  • Moodle doesn’t support username in upper case. If we create an account while purchasing a course and giving a username in Uppercase it will be created in WordPress site but if we look at our mail we can see that the Moodle username which is coming to user’s email id, is in lowercase. We have to give the username in lower case at the time of login in Moodle.

Yes, that’s the point. Is it actually creating the account with lower case now? In the past it was not.

Yes, the account is created in Moodle in lowercase instead of uppercase.
This is Default now. We did not customize it.

    Thank you.

Thank you. Have you folks thought of developing a single sign on plugin? That would be really amazing.

Again, thanks for this great product.
