I’m not quite sure I understand your question. If you’ve activated a WordPress Network (aka Multisite), you should be able to login to the primary domain dashboard as you’ve always done: https://example.com/wp-admin/

2) Who is hosting your website?
3) Are you having difficulty accessing the primary website or a sub-domain site?
4) By “access”, are you referring to the admin backend, or the front-end website?
