Creating new Customer upon WP user creation

    Hi,

    Can a customer be added(listed) to customer list upon a new creation of WP user?

    Or does it have to at least post 1 support ticket in order to be listed as a customer?

    Hello there,

    Thanks for contacting us. I hope you are doing well.

    It is not possible to add new customer whenever a user register on your site. In fact, SupportCandy does not allow to add customer manually, customer can be automatically added whenever they create ticket on your site.

    Ok, thank you for a quick reply.
    Sad to know that this doesn’t workout for my usage…
