    Hello,

I have been trying to diagnose a problem on my website. It is hard to debug because it does not happen consistently. The problem is that occasionally customers will not be able to checkout (using either credit card OR PayPal). The checkout page shows an error when they try to pay, saying that their information is invalid, even when it is not.

When I disable CartFlows, this problem seems to go away. Any ideas?

I originally thought there may be some caching issue; let me know if there are any special session objects I need to be aware of (so I can ask my web host to look at it and see if they are causing a problem).

    Hello @jstnpwll,

Are you facing any issues with the Cart Abandonment plugin?

Have you checked if your checkout page is being cached by plugins at the website level and if your hosting provider enabled ser-side caching?

Please exclude the CartFlows pages from caching and retry placing a test order.

    Hope this helps.

Please let me know how it goes.
