creating PDF with forms data

Sorry, but at this time, we do not have a form to PDF add-on. Ninja Forms does if you want to use them instead: https://ninjaforms.com/extensions/pdf-form-submissions/

Technically I have a prototype addon.

alternately the ninja forms one josh mentioned is great.

Oh I think this feature is useful enough for an addon… At least I would like to have it on hand, I am trying now to implement it through Sprout.

I just got done with a complex form and it would be fantastic to be able to send it via PDF. If you want someone to test it, here I am.
