creating post after login

Hello,

I am new in the wordpress world and while I was creating my website I had that feeling that something will be wrong.

I meant to create a website where people after registration could create a post and load a picture on it (for example a selling/buying website or a job website) but without having that dashboard interface. From my understanding using those plugins will bring users to the wordpress login page and then to the dashboard.

Am I right? (or there is a way to not show them all of this?)
