Creating pre-accounts with QR code

My wish: Users that I invite I give in the back of a Pin-back button a QR code. With this qr code, they are directly adressed to a page with an unice account that is made in advanced. Every pin-back button represents 1 account. Maid in advance. When they put there password, the QR code only continues working with that password. And the user obtaines that account. After changing the emailadres of that account they also can enter there account by using username and password.
With that posibility I can give every account a wallet with an starting amount in advanced, and only if someone has more than 1 QR code, he or she wil have the posibility to obtain more then 1 account. My idea is to first make 3000 user accounts, who are open to be optained by scanning the QR code belonging to that account. After the wallet and its account did get a password, the website wil deposite an amount in the wallet.
the next step is that users can:
– Complete there profile
– Create events
– Create usergroup(s)
-Create blogpages
– Create services and products that they sell on the website.
– pay each other with that wallet.
– Buy credits, or sell credits to other users. (Exchange)
– Buy a pin-back button or sell there own pin-back button.
