Creating recipe custom fields

I’d like to add custom fields to a site publishing recipes. The most “advanced” of these custom fields would be the one with the ingredients. I would like to give the recipe author the possibility to choose the ingredients from a taxonomy and to specify their quantity.
How can I do this with the Types plugin?
