Creating Sitemap with no luck

Trying to create a sitemap using this.and keep getting a error 404 code.
https://screamingfromthegallery.com/sitemap.xml
When I simply remove /sitemap.xml all is fine. I am at a loss on how to generate a site map for https://screamingfromthegallery.com
Any help would be welcomed, Thanks!
