Creating Sub-Pages result in Page with a 404

  • I’m having a ridiculously awkward problem.

    I need a similar structure as such:

    – Parent Page
    — Sub-Page
    — Sub-Sub Page

    When creating the parent and sub, it’s fine. When creating the 2nd layer (sub-sub) the page is created in WordPress but when I go to view the page, it simply doesn’t exist?

    Even weirder is that when I move this sub-sub-page to become a page with no parent, it suddenly exists.

    I’m very confused of where to go from here.

    Might I add, this is only an issue with pages that have a certain slug and are under ‘What We Do’ and so I’m wondering if this might be some slug problems in the back-end or something?
