Hi & thanks for the latest/quick response. I’m having a tough time testing Leaky Paywall UX flow due to 2 issues:

    1) As a WordPress Admin, I’m not able to create or login with a test user account, e.g. create a test username of “test_01.” There is only a “login” and not a “create account” option– note also that I’m using the Leaky Paywall short code for login.

When I try to login with “test_01”, WP redirects me to sign in to my admin/WP dashboard. This has led to getting locked out and having to reset my WP admin password. (But, on the bright side, I have successfully created an account/subscription for my own WP email alias.)

I’ve tried to work around this using different emails and multiple browsers but I am running into the same issue. How can I create test accounts so I can validate Leaky Paywall’s UX?

    2) I’m able to bypass this (test account creation/login) by going directly to the “Subscription” page and entering valid emails and Stripe test credit card numbers. Because of this, it seems payments can be accepted without having to create an account/login for subscription to my site.

Here’s what happens when Subscribing without account creation or sign-in: Stripe accepts all my test emails and payments, they are correctly reflected in Stripe’s logs. But, these payments are not reflected as subscriptions/emails in Leaky Paywall’s WP dashboard.

Is this correct that people can make payments without creating an account/signing in? How do I force this/account creation as dependency? Or is this related to above issue #1?

    3) Finally, and a whole lot less troubling, when I successfully created an account & subscribed with my WP admin email– I have not received a “welcome email” per the Leaky Paywall WP Settings. Yes, I can confirm I am receiving WP emails thanks to issue #1. Also, the welcome email has not arrived in my Spam folder.

Thanks & looking forward to your insight!

Hello again, no need to follow up. I’ve uninstalled Leaky Paywall & am now getting above done with Memberful.
