• Ok…forgive me because I’m working with relatively little CSS knowledge, and am having to do a lot of trial and error.

    My website is at https://www.theparadigmexchange.com

This is what I am hoping to accomplish:

On the left side of the page, (where the lead story, features, and recent posts are) I would like to do a three collumn section underneath it. I have tried to set up a two collumn section, and the problem that I run into is that it tries to line up directly underneath each collumn. I would like it to look more like this.

    —-Lead Story—–
Feat———Recent (It’s good to this point)
    ——————-
    ——Advert.——
    Image—-CRL—-CRL

(CRL stands for a category’s recent posts in list form)

Is this doable? Like I said, I’m just doing trial and error here, and I can’t make sense of it. If someone could help me write the code, that would be splendid. Just telling me to write it into the loop won’t help me…..because honestly, I don’t know what that means.

    Please help!

  • You’re already using Mimbo theme, and what you want it to look like is almost like the Mimbo Pro paid theme.

While that may be true…if I could make it do some of these things without having to pay $90….I would.

I’m not trying to stiff the Mimbo creators or anything. I’m just trying to use their rather impressive template, and give it my flair.

    Any ideas?
