Creating Users On Multisite, Groups Not Saving

Can you please check these points and provide the following info:

– check if this happens with all other plugins disabled
– whether you’ve network-activated Groups or individually on subsites
– please enable debugging https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Debugging_in_WordPress and try to adjust the settings you want to modify, then check the file wp-content/debug.log to see if there are any errors
