    I’ve stopped the backup and tried again. It failed. I sent an email to support. Now what should I do?

    I have this problem as well. Did you ever find a solution?

    I had this problem as well. Database backups were working fine but not complete backups. I thought maybe the script was timing out or running out of memory or something, so I tried setting a higher memory limit in my hosting’s php.ini. I also found a suggestion elsewhere to increase the max_execution_time and max_input_time, and have just successfully done a complete backup with the following settings in php.ini:

    memory_limit = 256M
    max_execution_time = 120
    max_input_time = 120

    That was one of many sites on the same host so I’ll report back if any larger ones require different settings. You may need to ask your web host for assistance with this.

    I’ve got this problem too, but I see that the developer hasn’t replied in 7 months. Not a good sign.
