Creation Mode not Loading

1) What browser are you using?

2) If possible, can you open your browser’s developer tools (press F12) and switch to the “Console” tab to share any browser console errors send us a screenshot? You can use services like Jumpshare or Imgur.

3) Could you provide your Site Health information? You can share privately if you prefer.

@knowstuff Thank you for providing your Site Health information. What version of Chrome are you using? Does this issue occur in an incognito browser or any other browsers?

While we look into this from our end, could you tell me if this issue is happening when other plugins are disabled?

You can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.

– Please enable the Web Stories plugin and let me know if the issue is present.
– Enabling plugins and your theme one by one in this mode may help pinpoint if something else is involved.
– Note you can disable troubleshooting mode from the plugins page.
