Creation of feed fails

I was able to create the feed but I am getting an error and the feed is stuck processing at 3%.

1. Do you also get those warnings when creating and configuring a completely new feed?
2. Are there any other errors in your WooCommerce fatal error logs of today? If so, can you share those with us? This is where you can find those WooCommerce fatal error logs: https://woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

I have the feed working on woocommerce. I am getting errors in the merchant center. All of my items are disapproved due to Missing value for shipping rate [shipping weight]. I have mapped that field to the field I use called weight.

Is this what you did?

I updated the suffix to lbs instead of LBS and it worked.

My feed is getting stuck again. WP-Cros is enabled, I have made sure the batch size is 250/ Please advise.

Do your WooCommerce fatal error logs of today show anything?

It looks like your “woo-product-feed-pro” is causing all the errors in the log where you see “Ja is int!”,

The feed URL is being redirected to your home page and thát is the reason you are seeing this notification in your merchant center: Feed file is in a format that we don’t support: HTML.

Which makes sense as Google is trying to open your homepage, which is in HTML.

Now the question is why is the feed URL redirecting? This could be caused by a couple of things.

1. You have set redirect rules on your website which is causing this
2. The feed file itself isn’t there so a 404 error page would show but is being redirected to your homepage.
3. The issue you mentioned before is that your feed keeps getting stuck processing. When this is still the case than there is no feed file and thus number 2 will probably happen.

Hence, were you able to get a feed fully processed? Does it show the status “ready”?
