I’ve read in the forums that NextGEN Gallery doesn’t support front end upload but that permissions can be jiggered to allow back end access to logged in members. At this point I’m not so comfortable with that.

I’m curious what other work-arounds people have come up with. I could see having members e-mail pics to the admin as a bit of a hassle but workable since we’re a very small community garden site.

    Other thoughts?

    Hi @daboo2u2,

We are sorry but that’s almost everything that can be done in the absence of a built-in membership system.

I think wpfrontendadmin used to allow some sort of a workaround in the past but I am unsure if they still have any integration for NextGen Gallery ( since they aren’t listing it for now ). I’d try reaching their support assistance to see if they can offer more details on it.
