    Hey @soulwaretech,

Thank you for reaching out! From what I see from the above code, there’s a lazy load plugin that’s preventing images from being loaded when the website loads.

Is this the code from your affiliate’s website? Or is this the code from your website?

In both situations, I recommend adding the creative’s JPG images to the lazy load plugin’s whitelist. This way, these images will not lazy load, and thus, they’ll show up directly.

Also, can you please let me know what lazy load plugin you’re using? If the issue is happening on your website, I’d like to test the creatives functionality from SliceWP to make sure no compatibility issues exist.

    Thank you and best wishes,
    Mihai

What a noob mistake from my side, I really appreciate your help.

Smush only applies lazy loading to posts and pages. And can only exclude them and classes. Is there another way?

Isn’t there a filter I can use on SliceWP.

See what output looks like with lazyloading disabled:

    <a href="https://soulware.tech/product/pcbuilder-intel-i5-12400-downforce-windows-11-msifsp-gaming-pc/soulcode/3/"><img src="https://soulware.tech/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/300x250_creative_gaming_pc.jpg" alt="Get a fast gaming PC from Soulware.tech on easy monthly terms." /></a>

But only posts, pages and classes can be excluded. I will try and exclude from affiliate account page to see if that works.

Schweeet, excluding the affiliate account page from lazyloading solved it.

    Hey @soulwaretech,

Excluding the entire page from lazy load is a great alternative to excluding the images. I’m happy to hear everything is working nicely now!

If you’re facing any other issues or have any questions, just open a new topic and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

    Thank you and best wishes,
    Mihai
