credentials error

    Warning! You must provide your Amazon credentials and ensure they are valid. Requests cannot be made at this time.

    I have done all the steps, I have registered in all countries. And I can not register. I always get the same mistake. Any help?

  • This happened to me in the beginning as well. Just go back into Amazon Product Advertising API and hit the button: “Add Credentials”. It will generate new Access keys for you. Once I did this, I went back into the Easy Azon plugin and added these news keys into the fields and hit save. It worked that time no problem.
