    I am not sure about the usage but as far as I know there was an extension called Store Credirt:

    You can check for the details if it has the functionality you are looking for!

    Thanks, I will check this!

    There is another extension – ?WooCommerce Points and Rewards? – that may help if not just an order let the customer collect points but also the shop manager can award points; that is not obvious from the description.
